Opportunities at its finest!

I just want to remind you all of how we serve such an incredible God, he literally knows us better then anyone else and i cant imagine not having him in my life. I got a glimpse once and i came running back. I am just thankful for how truly blessed we are. Dylan and I have been praying and praying for a new small group to be involved within our church. Not one that's just college age, but one that we can start our early years of marriage with. See we are at a disadvantage because we don't have kids, and Dylan is still in school. But we never gave up we kept seeking God, one day at a time, no it was not that simple i have been waiting for a long time, but i think we are finally ready for this.

So this morning i felt horrible like sick and did not really want to go to church but knew we needed to and i have been trying to get involved and develop our relationship with church family here. (Hard when we are going back and forth to home, but love doing it) So Dylan came and got me and we jetted off to church and as we walked up our campus pastor introduced us to the new college pastor and he was asking about getting a small group started for our age and 30 and younger, so we were like defiantly it wont start till January which is even better because i don't know how we will be able to see straight in December but i am seriously excited this is a huge opportunity for us and we both are so excited to take it and be apart of it. We don't know any details but cant wait to start it off. Don't worry i will post more when i hear more. But until then please join me in prayer for this group, that is not only success, but we change the lives of people around us and our hearts, that we can reach out to the loss and take them in. That we are doing what God has called us to do and we don't get caught up in the little things. I am really excited about this opportunity and this is defiantly something that has been close to my heart.

So to God, thank you for being so incredible and providing us with exactly what we needed and for teaching us how to wait, ask, to be able to jump at the opportunity. To be able to takes life's little adventures that normally we would be to scared to do.

Thank You!

Moments To Cherrish!

This weekend we spent time together and time with our families. We spent time living out old traditions and starting new ones on our own. The closer Dylan and I become, the more i see us just setting into our new traditions and watching our lives join together with not just but our families as well. When i step back and watch it from the inside out i just get amazed and so thankful for how incredible our families are and how we are so blessed.

We got home last night from visiting my home town, and got settled back into life quickly as we started today when Dylan came and picked me up for church, and then we kept our self busy cleaning up and grocery shopping. So tonight we decided to settle down he was playing his video games and i was watching yet another Christmas Movie. But yet this Christmas movie was different. I had never seen it before but even more then that, Dylan turned off his game to sit down and watch the rest of it with me which never happens.

The movie is about an incredible 3 year old boy fighting for his life but without knowing anything him and his mom bring a whole other family together.
It's titled "The Heart Of Christmas" i defiantly encourage you to check it out, it will change your life and your thoughts forever.
It just reminds you of how important life is and the people in your family are.

Mean while in the mist of our crazy day i had to run an errand for my mom and i ended up running to an old friend of mine who is always a pleasure to see. Which made my day, but after seeing this movie i couldn't help but think about his song he wrote forever ago and i wanted to be able to share it with you. It's incredible i hope you enjoy!
